Supriyanto is a dynamic educator, consultant, and digital strategist with over 15 years of experience in education development, community empowerment, and digital marketing. A Chemistry graduate from Universitas Indonesia, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to advancing impactful programmes at the intersection of technology, education, and social innovation.

As Executive Director of Dharmaila Center, he leads strategic initiatives that strengthen educational quality and social programmes across Indonesia. He also serves as Secretary of the Quality Teachers Movement (GERUTAS) and previously founded Renaisans Bright, a digital agency serving SMEs, schools, and public institutions.

With extensive experience as a trainer, facilitator, and humanitarian consultant—including projects with CARDI on post-disaster recovery and youth development in conflict areas—Supriyanto specialises in programme design, M&E, coaching, and digital outreach. He is passionate about using education and technology to drive sustainable change.

Lidinia Husni
Director of Administration, Finance, and Institutional Development, Dharmaila Center

Lidinia Husni is a multidisciplinary professional and educator with a background in Fashion Marketing and Business from LaSalle College Montreal and Jakarta. With over 15 years of experience spanning business development, marketing, event management, and inclusive education, she brings both creativity and strategic insight to her role.

She currently serves as an academic coordinator and lecturer in graphic and fashion design at UIC College, and as Creative Director of Satudivisi Creative House—a studio focused on handmade décor and craft-based workshops. Lidinia is also active in education-focused social movements and leads Kana Goods, a sustainable product initiative rooted in eco-conscious retail and community empowerment.

Known for her ability to manage cross-disciplinary projects—from visual communication to operational systems—Lidinia is deeply committed to supporting youth and communities through inclusive, creative, and impact-driven approaches.

Prof. Maila Dinia Husni Rahiem, MA.Ph.D.

Lead Researcher, Dharmaila Center

Prof. Maila D.H. Rahiem is a Professor of Early Childhood Education and Social Welfare at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and an adjunct professor at Central Queensland University, Australia. She holds degrees from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (B.Ed.), McGill University Canada (M.A. in Education and Culture), Universiti Putra Malaysia (Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education), and a postdoctoral fellowship in Social Welfare from the University of South Florida, USA.

A leading scholar in resilience, education, and child and youth wellbeing, Prof. Maila has published widely across interdisciplinary fields. She has been recognised among the Top 2% Scientists Worldwide (2023 & 2024, Stanford University & Elsevier) and currently serves as Senior Advisor to Indonesia’s Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

Assoc. Prof. Ritesh Chugh

Assoc. Prof. Ritesh Chugh is an academic in Information and Communication Technologies at Central Queensland University, Australia, and a Research Collaborator at Dharmaila Center. His interdisciplinary research focuses on the socio-technical dimensions of information systems, including systems management, social media, knowledge management, project management, educational technologies, and technology-enhanced learning.

Recognised among the Stanford/Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists, he has contributed significantly to impactful research, learner-centred teaching practices, and meaningful industry engagement.

Assoc. Prof. Chugh holds a PhD and multiple postgraduate qualifications in information systems and education. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), a Senior Member of IEEE, and a member of the Australian Computer Society.

Prof. Dr. Husni Rahim

Senior Researcher, Dharmaila Center

Prof. Dr. Husni Rahim is a renowned scholar and national education leader whose lifelong dedication has advanced Islamic education and national education policy in Indonesia. Born in Pagaralam, South Sumatra, on 23 March 1946, he began his journey as a religious teacher and became Professor of Educational Politics at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Educated in Indonesia, the Netherlands, and Canada, Prof. Husni is recognised for his progressive ideas in transforming Islamic education for the modern era. He served in key governmental roles, including Director General for Islamic Institutions and Senior Advisor to the Minister of Religious Affairs.

His scholarly contributions—spanning research, articles, and books—consistently highlight Islamic education, madrasah reform, educational management, and moral development. A respected mentor and thought leader, he exemplifies education as a mission of values, perseverance, and vision.

Yeni Ratna Yuningsih, M.A., Ph.D.

Dr. Yeni Ratna Yuningsih is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, specialising in Arabic Language and Literature. She holds a Ph.D. in Arabic Literature from McGill University, Canada, and an M.A. in the same field. Her academic focus encompasses Arabic literary criticism, Islamic studies, and cultural philosophy.

With a strong interdisciplinary foundation, Dr. Yuningsih has contributed to various research projects and publications that explore the intersections of language, culture, and religion. Her work is recognised in national and international academic circles, reflecting her commitment to advancing scholarship in her areas of expertise.

Dzikri Rahmat Romadhon, M.Pfis. is a Lecturer in Physics Education at the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FITK), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. He holds the academic rank of Lektor (equivalent to Assistant Professor) and specializes in physics pedagogy, STEM education, and technology-enhanced learning. His professional background includes expertise in project-based learning, cooperative learning models like Teams Games Tournament (TGT), and the integration of digital tools such as virtual reality (VR) and video-based laboratories (VBL) in physics instruction.

Evi Muliyah, M.Si

Researcher, Dharmaila Center

Evi Muliyah, M.Si. is a Lecturer in Biology Education at the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FITK), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) and a Master’s degree in Plant Biology from IPB.

She specializes in plant morphology, ethno-botanical curriculum development for Indonesian contexts, and biology education pedagogy. In her research, she investigates inquiry-based learning models, local plant conservation strategies, and innovative teaching methodologies for secondary biology education. She has published works in national journals such as the Journal of Tropical Life Science, Jurnal Ilmu Pertanian Indonesia (JIPI), and Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA.

She actively designs curricula for biology teacher training programs at UIN Jakarta, serves as a reviewer for biology journals, and develops instructional modules focused on Indonesia’s biodiversity. Her current research explores integrating indigenous plant knowledge into STEM education to enhance student engagement.
