Dharmaila Center conducts interdisciplinary research that bridges knowledge with impact. Our work covers inclusive education, child resilience and trauma psychology, social policy, and sustainability—with projects tailored to address both local and global challenges.
In partnership with the Riady Foundation, we lead studies on STEM education, strengthening digital literacy and inquiry-based learning in schools. With ChildFund Timor-Leste and Australia, we explore youth-led change, highlighting how young people contribute to social innovation. Our collaboration with Plan Indonesia focuses on adolescent mental health and wellbeing, providing evidence-based insights for programming and advocacy.
Dharmaila researchers also explore topics such as gender equity, early childhood education, education in emergencies, digital innovation, and climate action. We use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, grounded in ethical, community-sensitive research principles.
Whether through policy-relevant studies or grassroots-focused research, Dharmaila Center is committed to generating knowledge that drives systems change and empowers communities. We collaborate with universities, ministries, NGOs, and donors to design studies that matter—locally rooted, globally connected.
